قصیده ایی برای غم

Melancholy - still my desire for thy precious tragedian wine...
اندوه - وسوسه درونم را به شراب تراژدی گونه ات آرام کن
Sweep me away, into the vale of thine!
مرا از دنیایت بیرون کن و آلودگی هایم را از دنیایت پاک کن
Where sorrow's strong and so is joy.
دنیایی که سرتاسر غم است و لذت

Melancholy - still my desire, O let my heart by thee inspire...
اندوه - آتش عشقم را آرام کن, قلبم را با نفست رها کن
O fill the air with thy sweet scent,
هوا را با بوی خوشت عطرآگین کن
Let thy light, thy star crescent.
نورت را رها کن ,بگذار ستاره ات بدرخشد

Wherever she dwells I will bid a farewell sigh
هر کجا که او می ماند برای من محل وداع با همه چیز است
For she dwells with beauty - beauty that must die
زیبایی باید بمیرد زیرا دختر با زیبایی زندگی می کند
And deep inside me I will wait for her return
و در ژرفای درونم تا همیشه برای برگشتش صبر خواهم کرد
To her enchanting, awe-inspiring flame I'll yearn
مشتاق دلربایی و آتش عذاب آور عشقش خواهم بود

O lust and rueful thought be mine,
ای ***** و ذهن اندوهناک برای من بمانید
My soul enhanced, desires...
وسوسه های روح من بزرگ تر شده اند
Melancholy- My heart is thine.
اندوه- قلب من از آن توست
